Cooking indian eggplant recepy that my friend "Venks" (in the pportraits before) taught me in april needs eggplants to explote while cooking in the oven for about an hour. After that process is done, eggplants are all "crushed". Mines were over the stove receiving the first gorgeus spring light. I was so happy that I took meny pictures.
